If you are seeing this page, then the Intelligent Document Add-in has been cached by Word.

To refresh the cache:
1. Select File.
2. Select Options.
3. Select Trust Center.
4. Select Trust Center Settings.
5. Select Trusted Add-in Catalogs.
6. Check Next time Office starts, clear all previously-started web add-ins cache.
7. Select OK to exit out off all popup windows.
8. Restart Word
9. If the Add-in is still not working, Raise a ZenDesk support ticket with IT.
